Equipment and modern technology

Diagnostic equipment (precision and fast diagnosis)

• CBCT computed tomography scanner (cone beam CT) – used for 3D imaging of bone structures, the maxilla and the mandible. Essential for the safe planning of implant procedures, surgery and complex root canal treatment.
• Digital radiovisiography (intraoral RVG) – replaces traditional film with digital sensors, making it possible to see an image of the tooth on the computer screen immediately, with a radiation dose reduced by as much as 80–90%.
• Intraoral cameras – toothbrush-sized devices that display an image of the mouth on a monitor next to the dental chair. They let the patient see what the dentist sees (e.g. cavities or micro-cracks), building greater confidence in the diagnosis.

Surgical and treatment equipment (precision and minimal invasiveness)

• Dental microscope (Kaps) – the standard in advanced endodontics (root canal treatment) and microsurgery. It provides more than tenfold magnification and illumination of the treatment field, making it possible to locate narrow canals and avoid tooth extraction.
• Physiodispenser and implant micromotors – specialist devices for precise, controlled drilling in bone and placing implants with perfectly matched torque and tissue cooling.
• Warm gutta-percha obturation systems and apex locators – an endodontic set used for automatic measurement of canal length (apex locator) and its tight, three-dimensional warm filling.
